Creating a Tenant

A tenant is an isolated workspace in AuthAction. Each tenant has its own applications, connections, users, and settings. This guide explains how to create a tenant and invite team members.

  1. From the AuthAction Dashboard, go to the tenant switcher or Create Tenant option.
  2. Provide a tenant name (used in the URL: https://{tenant}.{region}.authaction.com).
  3. Select a region (e.g. eu, us) if prompted.
  4. Complete the creation flow and you will be redirected to the new tenant.

After creating a tenant, you can invite members to collaborate:

  1. Go to Settings or Tenant in the sidebar.
  2. Open the Members or Invitations section.
  3. Click Invite Member.
  4. Enter the invitee’s email address.
  5. Choose a role (e.g. Admin, Member) if applicable.
  6. Send the invitation.
  1. The invitee receives an email with an invitation link.
  2. Click the link to open the AuthAction invite page.
  3. Sign in or create an account.
  4. Accept the invitation to join the tenant.
