Creating a Tenant
A tenant is an isolated workspace in AuthAction. Each tenant has its own applications, connections, users, and settings. This guide explains how to create a tenant and invite team members.
Creating a New Tenant
Section titled “Creating a New Tenant”- From the AuthAction Dashboard, go to the tenant switcher or Create Tenant option.
- Provide a tenant name (used in the URL:
https://{tenant}.{region}.authaction.com). - Select a region (e.g.
eu,us) if prompted. - Complete the creation flow and you will be redirected to the new tenant.
Tenant Invitations
Section titled “Tenant Invitations”After creating a tenant, you can invite members to collaborate:
Invite a Member
Section titled “Invite a Member”- Go to Settings or Tenant in the sidebar.
- Open the Members or Invitations section.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the invitee’s email address.
- Choose a role (e.g. Admin, Member) if applicable.
- Send the invitation.
Accepting an Invitation
Section titled “Accepting an Invitation”- The invitee receives an email with an invitation link.
- Click the link to open the AuthAction invite page.
- Sign in or create an account.
- Accept the invitation to join the tenant.
Multi-Tenancy
Section titled “Multi-Tenancy”- Use the tenant switcher in the dashboard to switch between tenants.
