JumpCloud Enterprise Connection
JumpCloud supports custom SAML applications that integrate with AuthAction.
ACS URL
Section titled “ACS URL”In the JumpCloud SAML application, set the ACS URL to:
https://<tenant-name>.<region>.authaction.com/oauth2/saml/callbackSet the SP Entity ID to your AuthAction tenant URL.
Fields to copy into AuthAction

Step 1: Create a custom SAML app in JumpCloud
Section titled “Step 1: Create a custom SAML app in JumpCloud”- Sign in to the JumpCloud Admin Console.
- Go to SSO Applications > Add New Application > Custom SAML App (or Custom Application).
- Set the ACS URL to your AuthAction callback URL.
- Set the SP Entity ID to your tenant URL (for example
https://<tenant-name>.<region>.authaction.com). - Configure attribute mapping so users are identified consistently (for example email).
- Save and copy the IDP URL and IdP Entity ID.
Step 2: Configure JumpCloud in AuthAction
Section titled “Step 2: Configure JumpCloud in AuthAction”- In AuthAction, go to Connections > Enterprise Connections.
- Select JumpCloud.
- Paste the IdP SSO URL and Entity ID / Issuer.
- Add JumpCloud’s IdP certificate if your setup requires signed responses.
- Save.
Step 3: Assign users and test
Section titled “Step 3: Assign users and test”Assign the application to users or user groups in JumpCloud, enable the connection for your AuthAction apps, and verify login.
